That's because the new grass seeds will be able to fall into the holes that were created from aeration, allowing for better seed-to-soil contact, and increasing the chances that the seeds will germinate successfully.
When we overseed your lawn, we will also dethatch your yard if necessary, so the seeds will have excellent access to the soil throughout your lawn. We also give your new grass seed a dose of fertilizer to kick-start its growth.
We will adjust your irrigation schedule to properly water your new seeds. After 10 days, we'll make sure your new seeds are germinating and re-adjust your irrigation.
