At Salcido Lawn, we're a lawn and landscaping company dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty of the residential and commercial properties in and around Tyler, Texas. Since 2003, we have been providing top-notch services to our customers thanks to our incredible team. As our company grows, we need more hands on deck. We are looking to add a Landscape Crew Leader to our Salcido Lawn team.
All applicants for our Landscape Crew Leader position must live in Tyler, Texas or a nearby area such as Lindale, Whitehouse, Noonday, Chapel Hill, or Hideaway.
Landscape Crew Leader Duties:
- Lead a team in performing lawn and landscape operations from start to finish in the most efficient and effective manner. Maintenance tasks will include mowing, leaf removal, yard cleanups, and more.
- Properly maintain and clean tools and equipment
- Adhere to all company and industry safety standards
Landscape Crew Leader Position Requirements:
- Must have at least 7 years of landscape maintenance experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation to our office in Tyler, Texas
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions to complete work assignments correctly and efficiently
- Must be motivated and able to manage time well
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, supervisors, and other crew members
- Must enjoy working outside
- Must have good customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus
Pay
- Up to $41,600 yearly, depending on experience
